History

VNHS was founded by Mohammed Abdul Qavi Bahelmi,who migrated to Kamareddy in 1974. It was the second English medium school,comprising of just 4 teachers and 147 students in a small rented building Mr.Qavi Bahelmi is currently the Secretary of the school.

Aims and Objectives


VNHS aims to provide an environment for total personality development of the students. The students learn to respect others as they are mentored into becoming responsible adults, offering positive contributions to the society.

Academics

VNHS campus is located 7 kms from Kamareddy town in pristine surroundings. The location is idyllic which provides ambience to learn and grow. The fresh air gives students healthy environment for learning and appreciating nature as it is deserves.

Sports and Co-curricular Activities

Student Life – After School Clubs

Students are encouraged to be involved in extracurricular activities offered after school on campus. Being a part of a club or team, students strengthen ties with their peers and leaders. They build an everlasting connection with the school and community. A feeling of belonging is an essential aspect of growth and we offer many organizations for students to partake in.

Science Labs

The school has fully equipped labs to augment instructor led classroom lectures. Teachers supervise students during scientific experiments to help them better under concepts and also to develop cognitive skills and observations skills.

Residential Facilities

At VNHS boarders and day scholars enjoy equal opportunities. Day scholars can avail transportation provided by the school; a fleet of 3 new buses from TATA. The management aims to provide boarders with the nurturing environment boarders expect at their homes.

Dining

Boarders are offered nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are prepared in the kitchen by school chef. The menu is different each day and includes seasonal vegetables as they become available. Boarders also enjoy non-vegetarian meals three times a week.

Admission Procedure

The Prospectus is available at the School Office throughout the year for Rs. 1000/-. The Application form, attached with the Prospectus, must be completed and registered by paying the Registration Fee of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable). However, registration does not guarantee an admission. Admissions, when vacancies exist, are made on the basis of an Aptitude examination and interview. Those children who are registered will be notified of the date of the entrance examination. The entrance test for all the Classes will be conducted for English and Mathematics. After examining the child, the Principal reserves the right to admit the child into the class deemed suitable for him.
